McMinnville, Ore., September 3rd, 2024 – Phenix Solutions, Inc. today announced that it has been selected by Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom as a participant in the UAS Heavy Lift Capability (UASHLC) Framework.

The UASHLC Framework will look to cohere a significant amount of activity with the Heavy Lift UAS sphere into a more coherent integrated set of challenges and project outcomes. The Ultra 2XL, with its combination of high payload, endurance, and speed will compete in multiple sub lots of the UASHLC framework. These include intra- and inter-theatre lift capability, maritime cargo delivery, use of novel payloads to increase the operational capability of the platform, and further platform and system integration.
